The Performance Is Definitely Noticeable

Not just a blender. The Ninja Foodi Power Pitcher System met all of my expectations as I knew it would from using other Ninja Products. his Ninja upgraded an older model ninja and in general, the performance is definitely noticeable.

So far I have used it to mix cookie dough and to make smoothies which consisted of frozen fruits, fresh fruits, juice, and yogurt. Ninja’s most versatile pitcher can do it all.

It combines the crushing power of a blender, the precision of a food processor, and the power to make thick smoothie bowls and mix dough.

How Are Food Processing Capabilities?

This thing is a monster, it creates the smoothest hazelnut butter and it chops vegetables beautifully.

After the initial setup and washing of all the containers, I peeled and sliced 4 large carrots into 2-inch long pieces and put them in the Power Pitcher with the Stacked Blades.

I selected the “chop” mode and hit start. Within 5 seconds, my carrots were chopped into bite-sized pieces.

I have been craving a coke Slurpee, I filled the cup with ice and pulsed about 6 times, added some more ice and coke. 5 seconds later, I was in heaven. The ice was chopped smooth and no big missed pieces.

I tried the bowl and cup to make my morning breakfast. Loading it up with berries, milk, protein powder, and power-seeds, the Ninja Foodi in Smoothie mode, made a quick, homogeneous mixture out of the ingredients.

The system will auto-pause between cycles, to let the food slide down towards the blades before running full speed. It is effective, and good to use when making hummus.

The Power Pitcher comes with a dough blade. You can use it to make cookies and cakes/dough. The dough mode does work, and if you are looking to make bread, bagels, pizzas from scratch, this is a nice option to have.

The Ninja Foodi Power Pitcher system suggests the use of the “ Auto iQ” mode for most of your food processing needs. There are 6 modes that are available, and depending on which base is connected, certain options are unavailable to use. That said, the Auto IQ mode allows one to Extract, Smoothie, Spread, Bowl, Chop, and Dough.

The Ninja Power Pitcher Systemblows both away in terms of versatility and power. It must be noted that the increased power, and increased technology in the blades do make a difference. Even automated computer-controlled options do a very good job of making a perfect blend.

  • An easy-to-clean food blender is dishwasher safe and includes Cleaning Brush.
  • Sharp blades (be careful, I nicked myself and cut myself).
  • Needs more power cups and covers.
  • Base suction cups are difficult to remove at times if you need to move them. The suction cups are effective Inserting the Power Cup or Power Bowl is not that easy.

This model doesn't heat ingredients and will not be wont to blend hot ingredients. There are not any vent holes that can cause a build-up of steam causing injury.
We don't suggest using this blender for decent food because it doesn't have any vents and should cause steam to create up resulting in injury.
