My short answer is you can, but it takes longer and it doesn’t taste as good. I would rather let the whole chicken thaw and cook on the grill. Food is great for cooking smaller portions of meat frozen.

Ninja Foodi is great and has handled everything I have used it for. Smoothies, dough, blending to a fine powder. The Ninja Foodi may be an autoclave and air fryer which will even be used as an oven, steamer, roaster, dehydrator, and slow cooker.
There are preset modes for Extract, Smoothie, Bowl, Spread, Chop, and Dough. There are also manual and pulse options. The Chop setting runs for just a few seconds, which is a good thing because it keeps food from being over chopped.
The unexpected thing about the Ninja is that it can (almost) replace a mixer. It can be used to make pie crust, biscuits, cookies, bread, and even meatloaf. It did a superb job of mixing and the bread was better than any I’ve made in a mixer.
